My morning.
It’s not a good workout until you are literally dripping sweat!
Started the Men’s Health Homegrown Muscle program today. I’m definitely feeling it!
I wish I either had the money to join a gym, or buy some more free weights. I could be lifting more if I had the weights!
Frustrating day at work = take it out on the weights. Felt good.
And a little bit of cardio!
Definitely noticing a difference in my arms the past few weeks. Felt great to hit 10 chin ups in one set!
