Speaking into someone’s life, explaining the word of God, praying for people, visiting someone in the hospital, hearing from God, making strides to advance God’s kingdom, even leading others to Christ is a job for the professionals.
Those who went to seminary.
Those who hold jobs as pastors.
Those who lead youth groups, small groups and Sunday School classes.
Those who gave up a secular job to work for a church.
They are the ministers.
They are the ones who are called to impact the world for Christ.
